Cat carE17

If you’re going away ...

and your cat would rather stay at home ...

Cats are not really ones for holidays – though I did once know a French cat who went camping every summer on the Côte d’Azur, with his people. I am told he enjoyed himself there, though I am not sure he really did.

But on the whole, cats prefer to stay at home when their owners are away – after all, someone has to keep an eye on things, and if there’s one thing a cat likes less than almost anything else, it’s change.

With all that in mind, I’ve developed a second string, after writing, as a professional cat-minder – strictly within the bounds of E17, where I live. I’ll visit once or twice a day, and feed, water and generally take care of your cat, giving him or her any strokes or games that are required. If the cat is ill, I’ll organise a trip to the vet and keep in touch with you as much as you like while you’re away.

If you’d like me to look after your cat while you are away, email me, and I’ll let you know my terms and conditions.
